I.    To provide comprehensive rehabilitation services such as psychiatry, behavior modification, speech therapy, physiotherapy and medical treatment etc

II.    To undertake various welfare programs for identification, protection, care, development and rehabilitation of disadvantaged children, youth and women & to promote and organize educational programmers for these groups and to design, develop and conduct various related training and orientation activities. To run vocational training programs for these groups and to create income generating and other productive activities for their dignified placement and rehabilitation.

III.    Scale up the therapeutic and other rehabilitation services.

IV.    Both identify and appreciate the various components of a comprehensive rehabilitative program, including the scope of treatment services and role of each member of a multidisciplinary rehab team.

V.    Independently propose daily management plans, incorporating patient preferences & values

VI.    Identify the distinction between impairments, disabilities, and community limitations and develop increased awareness about the relationships between common clinical disease entities, physical disability, psychosocial issues, quality of life, and maximizing functional outcomes.

VII.    Identify various methods to assess and measure neuromuscular function.
