Prevention, Early Identification and Early Intervention are of utmost important in the field of disability rehabilitation.
Age zero to three years is very crucial period in the development process of a human being. Disability in any form in this early age limits children’s capacity to achieve the normal development in one or more areas and this limitation leads to lifelong handicapness.
